When will the winner and two runners-up be announced?
The IOC will announce the winner of the competition on 24 March 2023 (please note that this date may be modified by the IOC, at its sole discretion).
What are the prizes?

How will I be notified if I'm the winner or one of the two runners-up?
An email will be sent to the winner and runners-up notifying them of the results.
How will I know that you have received my application?
You will receive an email confirming that your application has been received. You will then be required to click on the link in the email to confirm your application for final approval by the International Olympic Committee.
What size should my medal design be for uploading with the online entry form?
Upload and insert your design in the template, respecting the following technical constraints: - Minimum size: 600x600 pixels, maximum size: 1000x1000 pixels - Maximum resolution: 300 dpi – File format: JPEG or PNG.
What if my medal design does not have a resolution of 300 dpi and a minimum of 600x600 pixels, in jpg or png format?
Your medal must comply with the specifications provided to enter the competition.
Will my medal design be seen online?
Yes. It will be shared in the online gallery if approved by the International Olympic Committee.
What rights to my medal design do I retain?
By entering the competition, you accept to assign all your rights, including intellectual property rights, in the design of the medal that you submit to the competition, to the International Olympic Committee.
Who selects the winner and two runners-up?

Do the number of ‘shares and likes’ on social media count for selecting the winner?
No. The winner and two runners-up will be decided by a panel of judges.
How do I enter the medal design competition?
You can submit your application via the online upload tool on the website.
I didn't receive my confirmation email. Why not?
Please make sure you have completed all the steps in the upload process and your medal design complies with the specifications.

I accidentally uploaded the wrong medal design. Can I delete my application and submit a new one?
The rules state only one application per candidate.
I share an e-mail address with another person. Can we both enter under the same e-mail address?
